Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping on Orders to Contiguous US 

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We use FedEx, DHL and USPS for most deliveries.  All deliveries are shipped with tracking numbers which are provided to you once the order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order. 

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Cocktail Cards reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.

 

Express and Expedited Shipping Options

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Choosing an Express or Expedited shipping option does not guarantee delivery in 2 business days, for example, it does however mean that your order is being processed as 'high priority' and you will receive via the fastest shipping method we can offer. Weather delays and other shipping congestion issues with carriers such as FedEx, DHL and USPS may also impact the delivery time. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse facility we can not cancel the order or offer a refund if the delivery is delayed for reasons out of our control. In all cases, we are subsidizing very high shipping costs and we can not offer refunds on shipping fees. 

 

International Shipments

Our prices do not include VAT, GST or other country taxes. 

Our terms of sale for international orders are FOB destination. This means that you pay all duties or taxes in your country if applicable. As we are shipping these products all over the world, it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location.

For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way around customs (including marking an order as a gift, which we cannot do). Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.

In observance of US Federal holidays, the Cocktail Cards Fulfillment Center will be closed:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Cocktail Cards is not responsible for stolen packages. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse facility it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the recipient to provide correct shipping details with a safe place for delivery. 

If your tracking has not been updated within 15 days, please email us at admin@getcocktailcards.com

If your order shows “delivered” but your package has not arrived, please wait a few days. Most often, a package gets scanned as delivered when it is in fact still waiting on a truck.

If your package has been stolen, unfortunately that is out of our control. The tracking links we provide you with are preventative measures from "porch-pirating" so you can plan to be available during the shipment window.

We apologize in advance if your package is stolen and we understand that it is very frustrating. If this happens to you, please email us and we will try to work with you on a case by case basis.
